introduction to the wheel of consent
Saturday, February 1st, 2025 from 2:30-5:30pm @ the culture mill in beautiful saxapahaw, nc
This is a short workshop introducing some basic practices of the Wheel of Consent. I will be facilitating it along with an assistant. We will have some short somatic practices to help with an embodied understanding of our YES & NO. There will be some time for group discussion. Then we will dive into a simple practice of awakening the sensation of direct pleasure through our hands “Waking Up the Hands”. The final part of the workshop will offer the opportunity to explore simple touch with a partner if you wish. All practices are optional, this workshop is a fully clothed space exploring non-sexual touch. All are welcome, come with a partner or friend or on your own.
